Samsung has jus released a cell phone with 3GB memory - currently the largest memory on mobile handsets. The SPH-V7900 can play movies and music files and has a 2 megapixel camera and dual speakers.
Interesting though that they used hard disc drives for this instead of flash drives - just think of how many times you've dropped your phone and an HDD phone no longer seems practical.
