Microsoft has released Windows Vista which will come in six different versions. The new OS will come in Starter, Business, Enterprise, Home Basic, Home Premium and Ultimate. There is no official date on when Vista will be available to consumers but the release of details on the new OS shows how much has been improved.
The interface for the new system is very much crisper than Windows XP and there is a stark similarity between Windows Vista and the Apple OS X line. Meanwhile, critics are waiting to get their hands on the system to test for security holes.
