Nachos with home made salsa (a 400 Calorie Lunch)

Have you reached your target weight for summer? If you're gearing up to hit the beach before the end of summer why not try this salsa recipe? It's less than 400 calories and serves two people. All ingredients available at Shopwise and typically have a week of shelf life.
Ingredients
1. Corn Nachos (346 Calories)
2. Fresh Salsa (10 Calories)
- 4 large fresh tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1 small white onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup plain vinegar
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 packets Splenda
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup jalapenos
Preparation
1. Chop fresh tomatoes and onions, combine with chopped cilantro
2. Add vinegar and lime juice
3. Add Splenda, salt and pepper to taste
4. Chill salsa for at least 2 hours, typically lasts 7 days
5. Sprinkle salsa over nachos, add jalapenos, enjoy
