The thing about summer movies is that they are often action packed but brain-unworthy. There's much to say about the new movie "Thor" and some friends are indeed raving about it but I have to depart from the usual marvel-ous review for a comic-to-movie film here and say that while I enjoyed Thor, it really did not make me use my brain for one bit. The movie was all brawn and eye candy with some romance to pull in the female audience. My suggestion is to check your brain at the door and enjoy the movie for what it is because like the main character, there's really no thinking required.
