Suicide is a difficult topic to talk about especially in the Philippines but it's time to start the conversation.

In 2016 alone, the DOH recorded 2,413 suicides and received 3,479 calls on their suicide hotline. Don't hesitate to reach out for help, you can call the Hopeline hotline for free via 2919 on your Globe postpaid.
