For the love of things green
The luscious green mango preserved in partly salty water with vinegar. Peeled to a tight cut of it's skin leaving just enough to enjoy it's sour-sweet nectar like goodness. Cut in half and topped with bagoong (fish paste)... Now wouldn't that be a perfect ending to your afternoon?
Have a break, have an all Filipino green mango with bagoong. :)
