Power interrupted
Blackouts and brownouts used to be common to the Philippines and as they say it comes and it goes (the power that is).
Anyway, back during the term of President Ramos, scheduled blackouts occurred because the country lacked the capacity to distribute electricity to the people. I guess due to that people are now so accustomed to power outages that their reaction whenever the lights go out is to simply go outside and enjoy the moonlight...
Anyway last Thursday before leaving for Bataan (a special project about that will be up soon) the power went out due to unknown reasons to which I don't mind knowing he he. It was around 1am and I was trying to finish Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban when the power went out... felt rather breezy outside so I lit a small lamp and lay in bed for a few minutes. Anyway, turned off the lamp before sleeping don't worry. Had a fun trip too at Bataan and Pampangga. Read all about it onSunday Tuesday!
