The PCIJ (Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism) was issued a Temporary Restraining Order by the Quezon CIty Regional Trial Court for posting about Mike Defensor's audio expert, Jonathan Tiongco (see Google Cache of the removed post).

The order is a first in Philippine blogging history according to their blog. The PCIJ plans to bring the matter to the Supreme Court referring to violations on the constitutional right to free speech.
